Pastor Tim Fellure was saved and felt the call to preach at an early age. From childhood to teen years he had a strong desire to preach the gospel and give his life to Christ. In 1991, he graduated with a B.A. in Youth Ministry/Sacred Music from Pensacola Christian College and married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Givens, that same summer.
Soon after marrying, they joined Victory Baptist Church and became field representatives for Victory Baptist Press, serving under Dr. Thomas Woodward. After the passing of Pastor Woodward in 1994, Pastor Tim Fellure accepted the church's call and became the pastor of the church.
He rejoices in all the Lord has done at Victory, and trusts the Lord for wisdom as he continues to guide the church and its ministries.

From childhood through his teen years, he had a growing, unshakeable desire to give his life to Christ and to preach the Gospel. He pursued that calling with purpose, graduating from Pensacola Christian College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and Sacred Music.
That same summer, he married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Givens. Together they joined Victory Baptist Church in Milton and became field representatives for Victory Baptist Press, serving faithfully under the ministry of the church's founding pastor, Dr. Thomas Woodward.
In May of 1994, the Lord called Dr. Thomas Woodward home to glory. Just four days before his passing — upon Dr. Woodward's own recommendation — the church extended a call to Tim Fellure to become their next pastor. He accepted, and has faithfully served as the shepherd of Victory Baptist Church ever since. Under his leadership, the church has seen significant growth in attendance and in its missions outreach. Through Victory Baptist Press, Pastor Fellure has directed the printing and distribution of millions of Bibles, New Testaments, and Scripture portions in twelve languages — reaching thirty-four countries and all fifty states in the United States.
Pastor Tim and Jennifer have three children and are the proud grandparents of four granddaughters and two grandsons. His family is his joy and his ministry is his calling — and at VBC, the two are never far apart.
Jacob Fellure was saved and felt the call to preach at a young age, following in the footsteps of his father, Pastor Tim Fellure. He graduated from the Victory Baptist School of Ministry in 2015 and has been faithfully serving at Victory Baptist Church ever since.
Jacob leads the church's music ministry and outreach efforts, bringing energy, passion, and a genuine love for God's people to everything he does. He and his wife Anna are an integral part of the VBC family.
